From the panel to the customer
1
The technician opens the report on a phone. Every device is already marked Pass, so only the exceptions get changed.
2
No signal is fine. Parkades, basements and boiler rooms work like anywhere else. The phone saves every entry and sends it when it is back online.
3
The office opens it in a browser, fixes what needs fixing and approves it.
4
ZeckFlow makes the report as Word or PDF, with your logo. The office sends it to the customer.
ZeckFlow was made by a former full licence fire protection technician.
